Welkom bij Kuniklo Visie.

Mijn naam is Lonne en ik ben een ervaren, gecertificeerd trainingsacteur. Als trainingsacteur maak ik het mogelijk om uitdagende situaties en gesprekken te oefenen.

Ik speel verschillende rollen en situaties na die specifiek aansluiten op het leerdoel van een training of cursus. Denk hierbij aan klantgesprekken, feedbackgesprekken, conflicten of leiderschapsontwikkeling. Ik bied met deze interactieve werkvorm en oefening, ondersteuning bij het bereiken van de leerdoelen van de training. Ik werk graag nauw samen met de trainer om ervoor te zorgen dat de oefeningen goed aansluiten. Daarvoor is een vooroverleg belangrijk, ben ik altijd goed voorbereid en weet ik precies hoe ik situaties geloofwaardig en effectief kan neerzetten.

Specialisatie: "Digi(on)vaardigheid" en soft skills in IT-dienstverlening

Met jarenlange ervaring als adviseur en projectleider, binnen de overheid, op het gebied van informatisering en automatisering, weet ik dat digivaardigheid, op elk niveau een aanzienlijke uitdaging kan zijn. Effectieve communicatie speelt een cruciale rol bij de acceptatie van verandering en ook de acceptatie van hulp daarbij. Dit vooral wanneer digivaardigheid niet vanzelfsprekend is en zorgt voor extra (onzichtbare) uitdagingen. Effectief aansluiten op de vraag en afstemmen op collega's of klanten is essentieel. Dit kan ontwikkeld worden met oefening en training. Ik heb mij, naast mijn werk als adviseur en projectleider, ook gespecialiseerd als trainingsacteur met extra aandacht voor dienstverlening binnen het vakgebied informatisering en automatisering (I&A). Met behulp van creatieve spelvormen en rollenspellen begeleid ik ICT medewerkers (helpdesk, servicedesk, functioneel beheer, applicatiebeheerders, systeembeheerders, adviseurs, werkplekondersteuners enz.) Ik laat deelnemers oefenen met zowel door henzelf gekozen, als voorgestelde realistische scenario's.

Kuniklo Visie

"Kuniklo" betekent "konijn" in het Esperanto. Deze keuze is niet zomaar een naam; het weerspiegelt waarden en de manier waarop ik werk. Het konijn staat symbool voor een aantal eigenschappen die ik belangrijk vind zoals nieuwsgierigheid, snelheid, wendbaarheid, instinctief, communicatief en sociaalvaardigheid. Konijnen staan bekend om hun nieuwsgierigheid en het verkennen van nieuwe omgevingen. Dit past bij de drive om voortdurend nieuwe inzichten te verwerven en te blijven ontwikkelen. Een konijn is snel, alert en flexibel. Deze eigenschappen kenmerken het snel kunnen improviseren en aan passen aan de vraagstukken van vandaag en morgen. Ze gebruiken hun zintuigen en instincten om in hun omgeving te navigeren. Ik geloof in het belang van intuïtie en het zorgvuldig luisteren naar de behoeften van trainers en deelnemers. Konijnen vormen sterke banden met andere konijnen en houden ervan om met soortgenoten te communiceren en samen te leven. Effectieve communicatie is namelijk essentieel om samen tot succesvolle oplossingen te komen.

Esperanto is een taal die de principes van samenwerking, gelijkheid en begrip tussen mensen wereldwijd bevordert. Net als Esperanto, dat is ontworpen om een brug te slaan tussen verschillende culturen, streef ik ernaar om betere verbindingen te creëren, ongeacht achtergrond of locatie. Ik geloof we dat echte vooruitgang alleen mogelijk is door samenwerking, communicatie en het zoeken naar gezamenlijke doelen. De keuze voor Esperanto symboliseert communicatie en verbinding, met als doel een positieve impact te realiseren.

Het woord "visie" in de naam is niet zomaar een toevoeging. Het is gebaseerd op kijken naar de toekomst, met oog voor mogelijkheden en ontwikkelingen. Mijn visie is om organisaties, teams en individuen te helpen zich aan te passen aan continue (digitale) veranderingen en handvatten te vinden voor de uitdagingen die voor hen liggen. Kuniklo Visie is ondersteunend aan het proces van continue verandering, het ontwikkelen van inzichten en het toepassen van vaardigheden om de menselijke interactie een stukje beter te maken.

My name is Lonne, and I am an experienced, certified training actor. As a training actor, I assist trainers, teams, organizations, and individual participants in practicing realistic, challenging situations and conversations.

I portray various roles and scenarios tailored to the learning objectives of a training session or course. These might include customer conversations, feedback discussions, conflicts, or leadership development. Through this interactive approach, I support the achievement of the training's learning goals. I enjoy working closely with trainers to ensure that the exercises align well with the intended outcomes. For this, a pre-session consultation is essential; I am always well-prepared and know exactly how to present situations in a credible and effective way.

Specialization: "Dealing with Digital (In)competence"

With years of experience as a consultant and project manager in the public sector, focusing on information technology and automation, I understand that digital skills—at any level—can pose a significant challenge. Effective communication plays a crucial role in the acceptance of change, as well as in the acceptance of assistance. This is particularly true when digital competence is not self-evident, leading to additional (often invisible) challenges. Effectively responding to needs and aligning with colleagues or clients is essential. This can be developed through practice and training.

In addition to my work as a consultant and project manager, I have specialized as a training actor with a particular focus on service delivery in the field of IT and digitalization (ICT). Using creative role-playing and interactive exercises, I guide ICT professionals (helpdesk, service desk, functional management, application administrators, system administrators, consultants, workplace support, etc.). I offer participants the opportunity to practice with both self-chosen and proposed realistic scenarios.

Kuniklo Visie is inspired by the word "Kuniklo" which means "rabbit" in Esperanto. This choice is more than just a name; it reflects the values and approach that define my work. The rabbit symbolizes several characteristics I value, including curiosity, speed, agility, instinct, communication, and sociability. Rabbits are known for their curiosity and for exploring new environments. This aligns perfectly with my desire to constantly gain new insights and continue developing. A rabbit is fast, alert, and flexible—traits that reflect the ability to improvise and adapt to the challenges of today and tomorrow. They use their senses and instincts to navigate their surroundings. I believe in the importance of intuition and careful listening to the needs of trainers and participants. Rabbits form strong bonds with each other and enjoy communicating and living in social groups. Effective communication is essential to achieving successful solutions together.

Esperanto is a language that promotes the principles of cooperation, equality, and understanding between people worldwide. Just like Esperanto, which was designed to bridge different cultures, I aim to create better connections regardless of background or location. I believe that true progress is only possible through collaboration, communication, and the pursuit of common goals. The choice of Esperanto in our name symbolizes communication and the connections we make through it, to create a positive impact.

The word "visie" (vision) in the name is not just an addition. It is based on looking toward the future with an eye for possibilities and developments. My vision is to help organizations, teams, and individuals adapt to continuous (digital) changes and find solutions to the challenges that lie ahead. Kuniklo Visie supports the process of ongoing change, developing insights, and applying skills to improve human interaction just a little bit more.
